PSFSDINC & The BUNKER Sales Policies

Please be sure to read all of the below PSFSDINC Policies to help make your on-line shopping experience with us a positive one.

PURCHASES:

1.) Please be sure that you wish to purchase the item viewed before checking out.  If you have any questions related to the product, please contact customer service at psfsdinc@aol.com. Cancellation of orders will be subject to a re-stocking/cancellation fee of 20% and Pay Pal fees charged to PSFSDINC for the item(s); unless otherwise waived by Pay Pal or PSFSDINC, the CEO or Office Manager at their sole discretion.

2.) PSFSDINC Ships all packages via The United States Postal Service (USPS).  Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. PSFSDINC utilizes weight as a factor for the calculation of shipping costs; therefore, you can trust PSFSDINC to not overcharge for shipping. Please consult the USPS website for further shipping information or feel free to contact our staff at: psfsdinc@aol.com.  

3.) Checkout Time: PSFSDINC respectfully requests that, if you are finished shopping, you checkout your item(s) within 24 hours. While we prefer immediate payment, we understand that circumstances beyond our customers control sometimes causes potentially embarrassing situations. Please e-mail customer service with any problems or to let us know that you are continuing your shopping experience at a later time to avoid any un-necessary difficulties. If no notice is received, we will automatically send an invoice requesting payment due upon receipt.

4.) Out of Stock Items: on occasion, PSFSDINC may not have a certain size or color of an item in stock due to sales volume. PSFSDINC makes every effort to ensure that items listed on our site are stocked regularly within our shop, store, this and our e-Bay site. We ask that if you are on a "timeline" and need an item immediately, to please contact us before making your purchase or processing your payment. In the event that PSFSDINC receives a payment for an item out of stock, we will immediately notify the customer and give the option for a full refund or special order. PSFSDINC places orders on a bi-monthly basis, and receives its shipments within 3 to 5 days from most wholesalers. 

5.) Special Orders: PSFSDINC places special orders for those customers who request an item which may be out of stock or needed to meet a specific need on a tight schedule. Special orders may be placed at NO extra product charge to our customers of PSFSDINC; however, certain conditions and drop-ship fees may apply which are not charged or regulated by PSFSDINC, but by the specific manufacturer or wholesaler.

PAYMENT:

1.) Payment Methods: Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express or e-Checks are to be processed through Pay Pal ONLY. Money Orders and Cashiers Checks are authorized ONLY on an individually approved basis. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. NO CASH PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED THROUGH THE MAIL. We recommend the use of a USPS Money Order as a cash alternative. PSFSDINC WILL NOT be held responsible for lost cash delivered by ANY transit method.

A.) DOMESTIC PAYMENT: Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express or e-Checks are to be made through PAY PAL ONLY or Money Orders as APPROVED or applicable.

B.) INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT: Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express or e-Checks are to be made through PAY PAL ONLY or Money Orders as APPROVED or applicable.

SHIPPING:

1.) PSFSDINC Ships both DOMESTIC and WORLDWIDE via The United States Postal Service.  PSFSDINC reserves the right to REFUSE shipment(s) to anyone whether inside the United States or Abroad at any time if such shipments endanger Our Troops, Citizens or National Security either within the United States or Abroad. 

A.) DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail; FREE for orders totalling $250.00 or more in Product.  Buyer pays shipping, handling, delivery confirmation and insurance(if requested).  Purchaser is responsible for un-insured parcels and will accept full responsibility for loss.

B.) INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Via USPS Priority Mail International, Express Mail International or USPS Global Express Guaranteed- INSURANCE AND TRACKING REQUIRED ON ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.  ***ATTENTION*** International customers PLEASE verify that the shipping method you choose is available within your country of origin as you will be billed for additional shipping costs incurred by PSFSDINC payable BEFORE your package is shipped from our location.  Orders placed internationally weighing in at over 7 pounds will be invoiced as appropriate as packing methods for heavier shipments will require stronger and heavier packing materials.
